The Port of Hueneme, Sunkist, and Cool Carriers needed a new refrigerated
warehouse. GWA provided the Mechanical Engineering and Construction
Administration on the largest, most energy efficient, on-dock refrigerated
warehouse in the World. 137,000 square feet designed to handle over 100 vessel
calls per year, capable of storing over 200,000 cartons of citrus and handling over
10,000,000 per year while handling over 120,000 cartons of bananas weekly.
